Refund / Cancellation Policy

Reschedule requests are accepted on WhatsApp if shared at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot (working hours). Same-day no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

₹1 Career Clarity Session

If we cancel or cannot offer a slot within a reasonable time after payment, we refund the ₹1 fee in full via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

Paid programs (Assessment / Foundation)

Cancellation before the first paid session starts may be eligible for a partial refund after payment-gateway fees. After sessions or reports have been delivered, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Details are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
