Career Pilot (“we”) provides online career guidance for students and families across India. This policy explains what we collect when you book or enquire, and how we use it.

What we collect

Name, phone number, optional email, class/grade, career concern, and any details you share in the form or on WhatsApp. If you are a minor, a parent/guardian may submit or join the conversation.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, schedule a session, share payment/availability details, and provide guidance follow-up. We do not sell personal data.

Minors (under 18)

Many users are school students. Where a student may be under 18, we ask a parent/guardian to join the session or consent to contact. Booking forms include an explicit consent checkbox. For India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act obligations on children's data, please have a lawyer review this policy before treating it as final legal advice.
